Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once confirmed in writing by Serentra Exclusive Tours.

Prices are subject to change until the booking has been confirmed by Serentra.

• Once a booking has been confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% balance must be settled 1–2 weeks prior to the guest's arrival date.

• Where a booking is confirmed less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, full payment of 100% is required upon confirmation in order to secure the booking.

• For bookings that include Private Airplane Chartering Services or weather-dependent activities, Serentra Exclusive Tours will contact the client directly regarding the applicable payment arrangements for these services.

• Full payment must be received in accordance with the above payment terms before travel commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Serentra Exclusive Tours.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, medical insurance and all other travel documentation required for their trip.

• Activity operators reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify activities where required due to weather conditions, safety considerations or circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control. Where applicable, Serentra Exclusive Tours will communicate any alternative arrangements or applicable payment options to the client.
