Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the supplier and the notice period received by the client. Refunds for third-party services are subject to the individual provider's cancellation policy. Serentra Exclusive Tours reserves the right to deduct any unrecoverable costs incurred.

Cancellation Charges

• 61 days or more before the scheduled arrival date: 10% of the total booking value is payable as a cancellation fee, and 90% will be refunded.

• 31–60 days before the scheduled arrival date: 25% of the total booking value is payable as a cancellation fee, and 75% will be refunded.

• 15–30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total booking value is payable as a cancellation fee, and 50% will be refunded.

• 8–14 days before the scheduled arrival date: 75% of the total booking value is payable as a cancellation fee, and 25% will be refunded.

• 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total booking value is payable and no refund will be given.
